Trees

I added a tree to the counting to the 100th day of school.

I am working on a new fall board but am still working on the words and making more birds to add to the tree.

I added the Fall into Kindergarten!

Chicka, Chicka, Boom, Boom

This year has started out fantastic.  For our second day of school we did all things chicka, chicka, boom, boom. 

The stories we read as well as the trees we made with our names.

We had books that had the letters in them to color. As well as trees to add coconuts for the number mentioned on the page.

We had trees to add letters with coconuts to our trees as we read the story.

We also have coconut trees that the top has a capital letter the truck has the lowercase letters and we need to match the capital with the lowercase letter to make a tree.

First day of school

Today was the first day of my 4th year! I am really excited for how the year has started.  I am exhausted though, with Kindergarten followed by coaching Volleyball afterschool and then a meeting after it's been a long day.

I added more pictures of the classroom.  Things turned out great!

I can't wait for the progression of the year and being able to hang up artwork.  I am also really looking forward to Fall starting since it is my favorite season in school to decorate for.  It's SOON! :)

I still need to add the border for the clouds and add the trees going up the window and some of the window decorations but it's coming together.

My behavior chart will be on the brown fabric.

My calendar is coming together, I need to change the Today, Yesterday and Tomorrow though to the ones I made and find my missing hand prints.

I am really happy with how things are progressing in my classroom :)

The sky is falling...

I am really happy with the changes of color, today I was able to have my boyfriend come in and help me hang up all the high cloud bulletin boards.  I am most excited about this part since now I will be able to start working on the trees I plan to put up as well.

 

It makes the classroom look bigger.
